The process for making a payment has changed.
We have implemented a system called School Bytes, which will allow you to view your current outstanding school fees* and select those fees that you wish to pay.
You will no longer need to enter your son's details or explanations of what you are paying. Instead you will receive a customised link when your statement is emailed to you that auto-completes this information and loads your account.
Click here for detailed instructions. When you are ready to pay it will still direct you to the secure Westpac Payment portal to enter your card details.
The link in the email is active for 12 months, so when you want to make a payment or check your account, simply find the email and click on the link.
Alternatively just phone the school and ask for a new statement (containing a link) to be sent to you.
Statements will no longer be posted but emailed to you periodically throughout the year. Please ensure that the school is advised if you change your email address.
You can also request a statement be sent by email to another party for payment, and for privacy reasons we can redact your name and address details.

*Boarding Fees are paid via BPay per the details on your invoice issued from the Department of Education.
