Hockey - U15 State Championship

Farrer students were well represented at the U15 State Hockey Championships in Grafton over the weekend of 18-19 June 2022. Thanks to parent Cathy Shepherd, who took the opportunity to take a photo of the many Farrer boys who played in the carnival, in both Tamworth 1 (Division 1) & Tamworth 2 (Division 3).

Tamworth 1 were defeated in the semifinals and Tamworth 2 came 4th overall out of 7 teams.

Both teams played amazing hockey and should be very proud of themselves.

Missing from the photo is Logan Hayward (who played in goal for another team and was on the field at the time), Patrick Bracken (who had the flu and was unable to play) & Jayden Budda-Deen who injured his finger the night before the tournament and was unable to play.
