7.4 Transport & Facilities Levy
The Transport & Facilities Levy of $160 per annum applies to Day Students only. Boarders contributions are covered by their boarding fees.
This levy provides day students with free transport on Farrer's Bus fleet for excursions and sporting events, and access to the boarding school facilities including the swimming pool, all of which are funded by boarding students fees.
If the levy has not been paid by the end of Term 1 each year, then;
- Students will be charged for bus trips on a per klm rate of $0.30 with a minimum charge of $10 per trip
- Trips for medical purposes are excluded
- If the full levy is subsequently paid, any trip fees already paid can be offset against the levy.
